Return Policy

All items sold from Bamboo Toronto are final sale and there are no refunds. However, you are eligible to exchange your purchases for store credit up to 10 days after your purchase. This includes items delivered to you from us. 

Bamboo poles may crack and/or split in transit or during the life span of their usage. This is a natural characteristic of bamboo, and we are not responsible for this occurrence. This does not affect the integrity of the bamboo.
